A rookie with zero knowledge on Web3.0. How do I create UI/UX designs from KYC onboarding to buy/sell crypto features?

Explore on the knowledges ASAP, and document the definitions for the convenience of current/future new team members

Screenshots here are example of the terminologies for Acquiring, Banking, Issuing(ABC Product from UQPAY) and Web 3.0 content

Observe old ver. ideas, product user flow & pain points listing

List out what would be the main issues of the previous achieved design and check out possible improvements.

Pain point listing example:

• The main menu is confusing, making it difficult for users to distinguish the “exchange” transaction option between the wallet and the main menu.
• The stepper feature is confusing and lacks utility, while the "save as draft" button seems redundant.

Initial research on other competitors product, and have basic understanding of the target audiences

We use Mobbin to check out other competitors user flow and UI, or explore the web app ourselves as end user to understand the whole user flow

Use AI tools, like ChatGPT and Grok to enquire possible target audiences of the established platform (such as OKX, Coinbase, Bybit and so on), to understand more on the potential customer and also their user behavior, the qualitative data itself still may have some reference value
