Without prior experience in financial services product design, how did you adapt to your role at UQPAY?

During my probation, I dedicated the 1st month to mastering the company’s product, 2nd month to analyzing competitors’ products, and 3rd month to identifying potential enhancements for our product through competitive comparison.

Grab, I enjoy using the Grab app because its intuitive, user-friendly interface makes navigating ride-hailing, food delivery, and other services seamless, I appreciate how Grab’s hyper-local approach—offering motorbike rides in Vietnam or tuk-tuks in Cambodia—reflects thoughtful, user-centered design that adapts to regional needs.
