⭐Refine delivery services to be self-serve ⭐

Task Intro

I have been assigned to improvise the order creation flow of each delivery service(Express, Standard & International). Initially, we decided to amend one of the delivery service order flow but the requirements updated from time to time and the project may become more complex.

The main objective of the improvements is to enable small to large enterprise merchant to do order creation themselves.

How do I made the order creation process easier for user to input the details?

Prior research & insights

Get existing research data from design team’s folder, such as:

UA(User App) can focus on SOP(Shop on Pickupp, e-commerce platform) and low volume deliveries
Biggest merchant users will always prefer MP(Merchant Portal) and own API
UA flow should be separated to perform SOP and delivery services clearly
SOP predominantly used on mobile for both shoppers and owners

When the requirements/specifications of the digital product features are unclear…

I clarify the requirements with project managers and also propose some wireframes, designs or user flow to key stakeholders to enquire whether the deliverables or business direction are correct or fit to current situations.
